Melbourne’s finest chefs will take diners on a culinary journey during the Starlight Five Chefs Dinner on Friday 24 May.
This year, leading chefs; Mark Best (Pei Modern/Marque), Pierrick Boyer (Le Petit Gateau), Guy Grossi (Grossi Florentino), Dan Hunter (Royal Mail Hotel) and Karen Martini (mr. wolf) will prepare a signature dish for Starlight Children’s Foundation’s major fundraising event.
Each course will be matched with wines from; Tyrrell’s Wines, Pizzini, Ranui Marlborough, Yabby Lake Vineyard and Campbells Wines.
Held across five cities each year, all proceeds from the Starlight Five Chefs Dinners will go towards continuing Starlight programs in an out of hospitals across Australia. It is now considered to be one of the finest food and wine fundraising events in Australia.
