GLENN'S CHOCOLATE BROWNIE RECIPE

 

INGREDIENTS:

 

METHOD:
Heat oven to 160˚C.
Melt butter.
Using whisk combine butter & cocoa - whilst still hot, mix well.  
Add sugar, vanilla, eggs. Beat well.
Mix in other ingredients - sifted flour, baking powder, salt & chocolate.
Line flat tin (lamington size) with baking paper.  
Bake until firm but still moist & soft, approx 35-40mins. Leave to cool and then enjoy with a nice glass of Campbells Merchant Prince Rare Rutherglen Muscat
