PAT'S BAKED TROUT 

 

INGREDIENTS:

 

METHOD:
Stuff the trout with fresh dill and sliced lemon. Cover the outside of the trout with butter, fresh lemon juice, salt and pepper, then wrap the trout in foil so it doesn't stick to the BBQ. BBQ for approx. 10 minutes on each side, depending on the size of the trout.
