Rutherglen hosts the ultimate fete de gourmand, with leading chefs and winemakers presenting a selection of entrees matched to the best wines of the Rutherglen Wine Region. Let your tastebuds lead the way while you wander between the nineteen participating wineries, choosing perfectly matched dish and wine combinations at each venue.

Saturday: Sabor de España; Tiger prawn ceviche with viognier verjuice, oven roasted heirloom tomato with Milawa chevre and saffron oil, slow cooked Murray Valley porkbelly with PX glaze.

Sunday: Rutherglen lamb, slow braised with paprika, garlic, thyme and preserved lemon served on a salad of fava bean, chard and jamon iberico.
Served with: Campbells Limited Release Tempranillo 2010
