DESCRIPTION

Tasting Notes

Brilliant, pale straw with green hues. Lifted florals and citrus fruit.

Wine Making

The grapes were harvested in early March in the cool of the early morning and pressed straight off skins. The juice was allowed to undergo a wild ferment before transferring to French oak puncheons. The lees were stirred monthly to increase mid palate weight, before bottling in November to retain the fresh lively fruit aromas and flavours.

Cellaring

A light, fun wine to start your picnic. Serve chilled with an array of cheeses, charcuterie and crackers. Enjoy now, no further cellaring required.

Technical

The Grapes: Goyura and Tullilah are both CSIRO sultana crosses, bred for our climate. They hold good acidity, with fine fruit and herbaceous characters. The Gewurztraminer adds the aromatics and tropical fruit flavour, to create an easy drinking, thirst quenching wine.
