INGREDIENTS
- 120ml Campbells Trebbiano
- 30ml Gin
- 15ml fresh lime juice
- 15ml simple syrup
- Mint leaves
- Soda water
- Ice
METHOD
Add Trebbiano, gin, lime juice, syrup, mint leaves and ice in a shaker.
Shake well.
Strain over fresh ice and top with soda.
Stir gently and garnish with lime and fresh mint.
