Today marks the start of Vintage 2017!
With an early 3am start for the winery and vineyard teams, Chardonnay was the first variety to come off. All batches have been pressed and are now cold settling in tank over the weekend. The clear juice will be racked off on Monday morning and the ferment initiated.
