Campbells is now proudly owned by the 5th generation sisters Jane and Julie Campbell, daughters of Colin and Prue. Jane is the Managing Director and oversees all elements of the Campbells brand. Julie is the winemaker and custodian of the iconic Campbells style.
The Campbell’s story at Rutherglen began in 1870 and is one of evolution, tenacity and determination, building on the experience of generations past with a dedication to innovation.
Fifth generation winemaker Julie, believes her role is to maximise and protect the natural fruit flavours that Rutherglen so reliably provides.
“Great wine begins on the vine”. For Campbells it all began with the first planting of the original Bobbie Burns Vineyard by John Campbell in 1870.
