It’s the first day of Summer, so it’s the perfect time to pre-order your gourmet dish for our Sunset Drink on Friday December 13 from 5.00-8.00pm.
Our Assistant Winemaker, @chefnickgardner from @stickscurated, will be serving a delicious gourmet dish to accompany a glass or two of Campbells wine, whilst enjoying live music and watching the sun set over our Bobbie Burns vineyard.
Standard option – Pan-fried house gnocchi with spring legume and duck ham, in a muscat-infused walnut cream – $25
Vegetarian option – Pan-fried house gnocchi in a muscat-infused walnut cream with spring beans, asparagus and semi-dried peach – $25
Vineyard platters (gluten free) are also available for pre-order:
Cheese platter (Brie, Cheddar, Jim Jam paste, Gooramadda olives, gluten free crackers) – $50
Cheese and Charcuterie (Brie, Cheddar, Salami, Jim Jam paste, Gooramadda olives, gluten free crackers) – $60
Please note, if you have any dietary requirements; pre-order is necessary.
Bright Brewery beer and soft drink also available.

Our brand new Shiraz Durif Cabernet 2022 has rolled down our bottling line – the wine is 80% shiraz, 15% durif and 5% cabernets.
Cabernets adds a velvety finish to what is a one of our well known fantastic all-round reds.
This wine replaces our Shiraz Durif as it is currently known. Packaged with a brand-new label, the SDC will be ready for release in Autumn 2025.
We are not sure we can wait that long!!
Our Bobbie Burns vineyard has come alive this Spring!
We’re on track for a fruitful harvest in late February and March 2025.

The festive season is fast approaching, and here is the recipe to one of our favourite holiday cocktails – Treb Collins!
INGREDIENTS
• 120ml @campbellswines Trebbiano
• 30ml Gin
• 15ml fresh lime juice
• 15ml simple syrup
• Mint leaves
• Soda water
• Ice
METHOD
Add Trebbiano, gin, lime juice, syrup, mint leaves and ice in a shaker.
Shake well.
Strain over fresh ice and top with soda.
Stir gently and garnish with lime and fresh mint.
Enjoy!

So Si Bon has now retired at the amazing Living Legends property just out of Melbourne.
Living Legends looks after many retired racehorses and welcomes visitors to their property.
