Sunset Drinks | 16 January 2026

Campbells Sunset Drinks returns on Friday 16 January 2026 from 5pm - 8pm.  

Join us to relax into the weekend, enjoy good food and great wine. Musician @Patrick Russell will be on the tunes, Sticks Catering - headed by our own assistant winemaker, @chefnickgardner - will be serving a gourmet dish available only through pre-order, and Campbells Cellar Door will extend their hours for tastings and Vineyard Platters.

Option I. Pan roasted chicken in chimichurri, ancient grain and rice salad with saffron-pickled carrots and almonds, served with a hummus cream and fine herb salad. $30 (Gluten Free).

Option II. Roasted field mushrooms, ancient grain salad with currants, saffron-pickled carrot and almonds, served with hummus cream and fine herb salad. $30 (Vegetarian, Gluten Free).

Seafood Platters:

Option III. A doz. Appellation Sydney Rock oysters shucked fresh with ginger and shallot dressing. $52

Option IV. A doz. Appellation Sydney Rock oysters and 1/2 kg. King prawns with Sticks house cocktail sauce. $80

Campbells Cellar Door extended hours from 5pm - 8pm. Vineyard Platters available for pre-order.   

We will be closing pre-orders for Sticks Catering meals by 3pm Friday 9 January 2026.
