Summer Sublime Cocktail

The name of this cocktail really says it all. Zesty and spritzy – a true delight to enjoy on a warm night with friends.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Large ice blocks
  • 30ml Campbells Rutherglen
  • Muscat
  • 1 lime for juice and garnish
  • Tonic Water

METHOD:

Put ice in a tumbler glass and pour in Muscat.
Squeeze in juice of half a lime, then fill with tonic water.
Mix together and garnish with a couple of lime wedges.
Enjoy!
