Palate is all intensity and weight, powerful at every angle; dried fig, burnt toffee and candied walnut notes glide with an unctuous richness that is breathtaking. The length, prodigious, almost unending with a hint of warming lift and a savoury celery leaf moment at the finish. Australian vinous history in a glass.
