Welcome to Spring!

A very warm welcome to spring from all of us at Campbells. What a delightful season it is, with vineyards bursting to life and blossom covering many of our trees across the property.

After a winter of dormancy, our vineyards are awakening, with buds bursting and bringing hope for a cracking 2027 vintage.

It has certainly been a very busy year so far and we are not quite finished with 2026 just yet!

Our Cellar Door fire crackles away indoors as the mornings remain coolish, with plenty of delicious vineyard platters to enjoy alongside a glass of wine or two...

Spring is a fantastic season to visit us and to explore our beautiful region – in fact it is always a great time to visit.

One of the year's highlights was our Merchant Prince being named Best Australian Fortified by The Real Review. Our fortified wines are they are truly world-class, and our unique solera system makes them even more special.

New releases for Spring include our well-known Cabernets 2024 and the much anticipated Tempranillo 2024. Nick has put together some recipe ideas to tempt you along the way. 2024 was a sensational vintage – so if you are looking for wines to tuck away, they will reward you.

And of course, it would not be spring without Rosé! As the weather warms and outdoor entertaining, family gatherings and spring racing celebrations begin, there is no better way to celebrate than with a bottle—or perhaps even a magnum—of our beautiful Grenache Rosé.
