You may have noticed, the Campbells website and member portal has had an upgrade to provide you, our loyal members, with a better customer experience.
Our new online store is powered by Shopify, a comprehensive e-commerce platform, that integrates seamlessly with our Cellar Door point of sale.
Shopify's user-friendly interface allows easy access to your account and upcoming Cellar Club pack contents and pricing.
If you haven’t already done so, please visit our new website and login to your account using the email address that is linked to your Cellar Club membership.
The reason we ask you to log in is so that you can create a new password and access your new online portal. This will allow our new portal to recognise you as a member.
When logged in to your new member portal, you can now view and change your upcoming pack contents online or if you prefer, as before, you can simply email us at cellarclub@campbellswines.com.au or call us on 02 6033 6000 and we can make any updates/additions or changes on your behalf.
Unfortunately, we were unable to transfer purchase history to the new website, so when you go to your online portal, your previous orders will not be shown. However, moving forward, all purchases made from now on will be listed in your portal, including those made in our Cellar Door and at any of our Australian wide events. Please note, we will also retain your full history in the old system for 6 months. If you need to access it, our team can assist.
To improve your post-purchase and delivery experience, we have also updated our freight system to Shippit, one of the premier systems on the market.
When you next order your shipment notification/ tracking email(s) will look slightly different. Shippit will automatically send you notifications, so you can track the progress of your order.
Like all new systems it may take time to get used to the changes, but we do hope the benefits far outweigh any temporary inconveniences.
