What’s an Australian Christmas without some incredible seafood. It’s hard to beat the classic Oysters Kilpatrick so we thought we’d share a quick and simple recipe that will always impress. Pair these beauties with our Semillon 2017 Limited Release for a delightful palate combination.
What you’ll need:
- 12 oyster in half shell large
- 2 bacon rashers shredded
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 240 ml barbecue sauce
Step 1: Preheat your grill on high.
Step 2: Place oysters on grill plate.
Step 3: Divide bacon evenly over the oysters.
Step 4: Add Worcestershire sauce to each oyster.
Step 5: Lightly drizzle the BBQ sauce over each oyster.
Step 6: Grill for 5-10 minutes until the bacon crisps.
