The spotlight today is on our fabulous new release Trebbiano, mixed with a fresh spritz of citrus juice, soda water and fresh orange. Try this cocktail with friends over a plate of fresh seafood and a zesty summer salad.
INGREDIENTS:
- 80ml of Campbells Trebbiano
- 50ml of citrus juice (a mix of lemon, lime and orange)
- 25ml of soda water
- a squeeze of half an orange, orange wedge to garnish
- ice
METHOD:
In a wine glass place ice, Trebbiano, a squeeze of orange juice, citrus juice and soda water. Stir before serving and garnish with an orange wedge. Enjoy!
