Spring is such an exciting time of year for us here at the winery. With the weather warming up, the excitement of bud burst and the promise of a new vintage, it really puts a spring in the step of our vineyard crew. In the winery, the team have been working away behind the scenes to get all of our 2022 vintage wines into bottles or barrels where they will patiently wait for their release. First to hit the cellar door shelves is our 2022 Rosè! It’s a crowd favourite here at Campbells and
the perfect wine to sip, savour and celebrate the arrival of a new season. Our favourite way to enjoy the Rosè? Sitting in the sunshine with a cheese platter of creamy brie, tangy cheddar and fresh strawberries – delicious! The change of seasons also brings with it a shift at the cellar door. A little less Shiraz Durif by the fire, a little more soaking up the sunshine outdoors with a glass of crisp Riesling in hand. We always look forward to welcoming familiar faces and meeting new friends at our cellar door. But for those that can’t make it to Rutherglen, why not join us in Brisbane for lunch on August 20th or have dinner with us in Sydney on September 1st? We’ve partnered with amazing venues to bring you delicious food, a great atmosphere and of course our new release and back vintage wines.
