This fruit-salad blend contains cabernet, shiraz and Spanish and Portuguese varieties all planted in the 1960s. The wine is rich and concentrated, fleshy and soft-textured, with a typical gutsy, full-bodied Rutherglen palate. Oak is evident, and the wine will benefit from cellaring to mellow and build complexity. Good potential.
