THE GOLDEN CLASSIC
Made with:
• 60ml bourbon
• 30ml cinnamon / autumn syrup
• 22.5ml lemon juice
• 15ml Classic Rutherglen Topaque
• Crushed Ice
• Garnish with citrus twist
Make:
1. Fill whiskey glass with crushed ice.
2. Add bourbon, syrup and lemon juice.
3. Stir with bar spoon.
4. Use bar soon to pour Classic Rutherglen Topaque. Due to the density, it will sink and create the dark layer in cocktail.
5. Garnish with citrus twist. In this one we used lemon peel.
6. Take a snap and share it with us via Facebook or Instagram.
7. Sit back and enjoy!
Drink:
Take a sip, note the taste.
Stir to mix in the Topaque.
Then sip again.
Just perfect.
